A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the Faculty of Education and Humanities between Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and the Karazhon Small-Enrollment General Education School, a public institution under the Education Department of Sauran District of the Turkistan Region Department of Education. The memorandum aims to develop mutual cooperation in the field of teacher education.

The event was attended by Elmira Umirzakovna Zulpykharova, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Humanities, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor; representatives of the Faculty; and Aktoty Myrzalieva, Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs of the Karazhon Small-Enrollment General Education School.

The main purpose of the memorandum is to strengthen cooperation between the higher education institution and the rural general education school, promote the exchange of experience in teacher education, and improve the professional training of future teachers. Within the framework of the cooperation, the parties intend to create opportunities for students to undertake teaching practice, integrate their theoretical knowledge with the actual educational process at school, study the professional experience of experienced teachers, and introduce modern teaching methods into educational practice.

The parties also plan to jointly organize scientific and methodological seminars, round-table discussions, open lessons, master classes, conferences, and professional meetings.

In her speech, Dean E.U. Zulpykharova emphasized the importance of partnership between the higher education institution and the rural school in preparing future teachers and highlighted the need to ensure continuity between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Such cooperation will contribute to the development of students’ professional competencies, improvement of their teaching skills, and adaptation to modern requirements in the field of education.

In turn, Aktoty Myrzalieva, Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs of the Karazhon Small-Enrollment General Education School, emphasized the importance of cooperation between the higher education institution and the school in improving the educational process. She expressed confidence that the memorandum would contribute to the effective implementation of such areas as experience exchange, organization of students’ teaching practice, and development of joint activities with the school’s experienced specialists.

Joint activities under the memorandum will focus on expanding the exchange of experience in the field of pedagogy, strengthening scientific and methodological cooperation, and improving the quality of education.

The cooperation between the Faculty of Education and Humanities and the Karazhon Small-Enrollment General Education School will continue in the future through joint projects in the fields of education, science, and practical training.
